If you are in any way dissatisfied with ATP Training, or with any term of this agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of ATP Training.

1.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ATP and it’s affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents harmless from any claim or demand including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising from anything you submit, post, or transmit through ATP Training; your use of ATP Training; your connection to ATP Training; or your violation of this Agreement.
